To Place An Order By Mail:

1)    Print out a product order form from our website.

2)    Complete your order form using the information from our current product list.

• For Michigan residents only:  A 6% sales tax is required (order subtotal x .06).

• You can calculate the shipping cost of your order right here on our website!  Shipping charges for orders are determined by both package weight and destination.  To determine the shipping cost of your order, use our convenient shipping charts.

• A standard handling charge of $3.00 applies to all shipped orders with subtotal up to $99.99.  This handling charge is waived for shipped orders of $100 or more.

In order to provide you with a fresh, high quality product, many of our products are made to order.  We will make every attempt to process your order as quickly as possible.  Orders consisting of in-stock items such as soaps and lip balms will be processed and shipped within one business day.  If your order includes items such as cremes that are made to order, we will do our best to process and ship your order within two business days.

Payment Options: 

U.P. Bathworks accepts cash, personal checks, money orders and gift certificates only.  Sorry - we do not currently accept credit cards.

Sales Tax:

A 6% sales tax applies to Michigan residents only.

Shipping:

In order to charge our customers accurately for shipping, the shipping cost of each order is calculated on an individual basis.  We use this personalized method in order to avoid overcharging our customers by charging a flat-rate shipping charge.  This way, each customer pays only what is costs us to ship their individual order - nothing more.

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post or USPS First Class in order to keep customer shipping costs to a minimum.
