This feedback helps us to continue to improve our service to you.
Returns/Exchanges:
If you receive a product that you're unhappy with, let us know. We will be happy to arrange a product return or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We want to make it as risk-free as possible for you to try, and to use, our products. If you receive a product that is defective, or if you otherwise are unsatisfied with it, first contact us via email or phone to receive a return authorization number. (We cannot accept unauthorized returns.) Then ship the product, along with a completed Return Authorization Form, back to U.P. Bathworks. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product returned. Or if you prefer, you may do a product exchange.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Bacause we can no longer guarantee the purity of products once they have left our facility, we do not restock any HeavenScent Naturals products that have been returned for any reason. (We love to recycle, but for the sake of our customers we have to draw the line here!)
A standard handling charge of $3.00 applies to all shipped orders with subtotal up to $ 99.99. Handling charge is waived for shipped orders with subtotal of $100 or more.
Miscellaneous Product Shipping Information:
We recommend that customers avoid having our Whipped Shea Skin Creme shipped during very warm times of the year. Because we add no artificial hardeners to our shea creme, it has a melting point of approximately 80 degrees F. It does not require refrigeration normally, but during shipping it can spend lengthy amounts of time in warm trucks and warehouses.
Gift certificates are not subject to shipping or handling fees.

Privacy:
We feel very strongly about protecting our customers' privacy. At no time will we share any information such as name, address, phone numbers, etc. with anyone without individual customer consent. All other personal customer information, including financial information required to process customer orders, is kept secure and is accessible only to necessary personnel in our company for the processing of that customer's order.
Customers may occasionally receive a mailing from U.P. Bathworks via snail mail or email containing information regarding our products or services.
